Savior menu: Fish, dark bread, dates and wine!

Savior menu: Fish, dark bread, dates and wine!
The so-called Mediterranean cuisine is recommended by many experts as one of the best nutritional styles that will extend the life of its followers and "bless" their health and physique.
But let us return to Jesus, precisely to what according to Dr. Colbert ate.  http://bbs.backstage.com/groupee/forums?a=tpc&s=840105&f=842105&m=872103454&r=769103164#769103164
His diet was apparently based on the consumption of fresh, unprocessed foods not complicated; fish, whole meal bread (of course looked different than ours), olives, olive oil, dates, figs, as well as red wine or cider.
The so-called
Red meat (mainly mutton and goat) is consumed very rarely, and pork, for example, in accordance with Jewish law did not eat at all.
If Jesus took with sweets, the sweet taste is mostly taken care of honey and tamarind syrup.
At meals, they could also grown vegetables and fruits, nuts, seeds and legumes, especially chickpeas, beans and lentils.
Normal fluid intake was apparently simple - plain water, sometimes "stop on" red wine or cider. A Vida, we have outlined an interesting menu!
Savior eat healthy fats
List the food seems I "expert eye" very reasonable. Fats are represented on it in nuts, seeds, fish and olive oil - that only the healthy ones, generally recommended, containing healthful unsaturated fatty acids. Food is not "kid stuff", tons of white sugar, salt and additives. Vegetables, fruits, legumes and grains provide valuable vitamins, minerals and fiber.  http://shalomplace.org/eve/forums?a=tpc&s=577106381&f=10210765&m=5754029828&r=4024081738#4024081738
